Well I certainly hope I never out grow it! It's funny I keep thinking of my career choices as "what I want to be when I grow up" lol

well, i got like 16 years on you and i STILL dont know what i want to be. ( hehe ) no, i am pretty sure after 18 years of cooking, i will stay a chef. but take your time. what are you in school for?? just doing gen-eds right now?

groovy. good that you have a good idea where you want to go. any time work includes housing, that can be a good thing. one of the clubs in DC i was a chef at, provided me with a house in the club's village. i didnt take it. but it was a great thing.
